2027 New IB Resources: DP Mathematics, Language B and MYP

New IB DP Mathematics resources (first assessment 2029)

The IB has revised both DP Mathematics courses, Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation (AI), at Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL). The revised courses have a reorganized syllabus, a new exam structure and updated assessment criteria for the Mathematical Exploration (the internal assessment). This collection includes:

It adds clearer language, a stronger focus on critical thinking, closer links to TOK, CAS and the Extended Essay, and revised internal assessment (individual oral) guidance.
